Create an Excel or Google Sheets file
As in the sample above, create 4 Columns
A1 - Text for your post
B1 - Link to your content (i.e. article on your site)
C1 - Image URL - if you wish to display picture, you must provide ''Image URL address'', this must be accessible and in the public domain
D1 - Video URL - to share video, use this column
