As in the sample above, create 4 Columns
A1 - Text for your post
B1 - Link to your content (i.e. article on your site)
C1 - Image URL - if you wish to display picture, you must provide ''Image URL address'', this must be accessible and in the public domain
D1 - Video URL - to share video, use this columnOnce you fill out the sheet with your content, download it as an Excel (.xlsx) file or Comma Separated Values (.csv) and upload it alongside your application.
